HS2 Key Design Element Engagement: Have your say on the Canterbury Works Headhouse

We want your views on the design of the Canterbury Works Headhouse

The latest design for the Canterbury Works Headhouse in South Kilburn, London has been unveiled and to help shape our final design we're inviting you to have your say . The headhouse will be one of five structures that will be built to provide ventilation and emergency access to the high speed rail line for the 4.5mile long Euston Tunnel.

The Canterbury Works Headhouse is a Key Design Element, which means it is a significant structure. We want it to respect its surroundings and the local area as much as possible and we would like your views on the design including:

  • Proposed materials for the headhouse
  • Landscaping masterplan
  • Permanent boundary wall
  • Proposal for sensory garden and trees near to St Mary’s Catholic Primary School
  • Signup to our online events here to find out more

Due to COVID-19 we are not currently able to hold face-to-face public events, but we are holding the below online webinars to share information about the design and construction of Canterbury Works Headhouse and Compound.
