News on HS2 in Kilburn & Northolt

This is an updated notification to the one sent earlier with revised dates:

Our notification sent to you in December 2020, advised that works would be ongoing during January to June 2021. Works are required for excavation of a cable trench within the HS2 SCS site at Canterbury Road during the weekend. The area will be fenced off and acoustic barriers will be installed to limit noise impacts. Works will be undertaken on the following dates:

Saturday (6 & 20 March 2021)

• Excavate cable trench within site boundary

• Install ducts within trench

• Backfill trench with sand & stone

Sunday (7 & 21 March 2021)

• Concrete trench

• Remove spoil
