Notice of CCTV surveys at Mandeville Road, 10, 11, 17 & 18 April 2021

From 10 to 11 April and 17 to 18 April , we will be carrying out night time utility surveys under the railway lines at Mandeville Road. These surveys will provide us with information on the condition and location of the utility services and help us to decide how best to protect them while we are building HS2.

We will investigate the condition of the sewer system using a CCTV camera mounted on a small robot. Should we find a blockage, we may need to flush the drainage system using a high-pressure water jet in order to carry out the investigation.

The surveys will be carried out at track level, during a planned night time closure of the lines. To ensure the surveys can be carried out safely, temporary traffic management and a lane closure will be required. During this period of work bus stop B, towards Greenford, Southall or Hayes, will be out of service. The nearest bus stop will be south on Mandeville Road at bus stop D, Moat Farm Road.

For further information please see our works notification.
